We were able to research and present an alternative material that was specifically designed to stand up in humid conditions as well as varying temperatures. We also made improvements to the structural design which enable the trays to erect seamlessly.

Challenge

This customer came to us with an opportunity to solve an issue that they were having with their trays from another supplier. The trays are auto-formed inline on their packaging equipment, which is located in a very humid atmosphere. This caused an issue with the trays successfully erecting on their automated equipment.
